When crafting our Happy Medium blend, we approached it with the following goals in mind
• A very balanced flavor profile with noticeable sweetness
• A coffee that can be brewed with various brew methods and still maintain a balanced flavor profile
• A balance of flavors including brown sugar and plum
• A three dimensional profile of: sweetness, fruit, and balance
As part of our efforts to continually improve our coffees, we made the change in sourcing from a blend of Peru and Colombia origins to two different regions in Colombia: Huila and Tolima.
The coffee from these two regions when blended together resulted in what we believe is a wonderful upgrade to our Happy Medium Blend. Since the change in sourcing Happy Medium has exceeded it's spot as our best selling coffee!
