The 6 oz size is our least popular selling size and the cost for this particular bag has increased substantially compared to our other sizes. When crafting our Happy Medium, we approached it with the following goals in mind

• A very balanced flavor profile with noticeable sweetness
• A coffee that can be brewed with various brew methods and still maintain a balanced flavor profile
• A balance of flavors including berries and brown sugar with vibrancy
• A three dimensional profile of: sweetness, fruit, and balance


Since our sourcing change to a single origin coffee from the Colombia, Hiula region this coffee has done even better as our best selling coffee ever! This coffee is considered a competition coffee due to it's complexity, vibrancy, body, and fruit-forward berry notes.

*Like other fruits, coffee is seasonal and we love that! Because of this seasonality, we will occasionally switch out a component for another coffee variety with very similar characteristics. By changing the components with the seasons, we are able to offer the most vibrant coffee flavors all year round, which also allows for importing the freshest green coffee possible.
