Step 1: Drain and rinse urn or brewer reservoir.

Step 2: Pour in contents of packet.

Step 3: Fill 1/4 to 1/2 full with very hot water.

Step 4: Scrub sides of vessel with brush.

Step 5: Drain and rinse with clean water
