Cold Brew popularity has grown significantly in the U.S. over the past 10 years and has proven itself by being a smooth, rich, delicious way to enjoy cold coffee. We enjoy our cold brew with a splash of half and half and a touch of agave for decadent coffee drink that tastes like coffee ice cream.
Two of the recipes below take the standard cold brew approach by using a coarse grind size and long brew time (12-24 hrs). The third recipe is an approach that we prefer which is a finer grind size with a shorter brew time (8 hrs) then straining through some type of coffee filter for an even cleaner and brighter cold brew.
