Spring is in the Air - the birds are chirping and the bees are buzzing! 

This year's Spring Blend is a beautiful single origin coffee from the Cajamarca region of Peru grown at an altitude of 1200m - 2200m above sea level. This is a traditional washed processed coffee which is then sun-dried.

When sampling different origins, this Peruvian coffee really wowed us with its delicate brightness, and pronounced tasting notes of peach/stone fruit. We've chosen a medium roast level for this coffee because we believe it highlights the full range of characteristics this coffee has to offer, and compliments the change from Winter to Spring!
