Nicole has been a long time friend of KAHA Coffee Roasters and fan of our coffee. We have been excited to work with her in her triathlete career and keep her up and running with our coffee! ☕☕☕
An Ironman race, also known as a full-distance triathlon, is a grueling endurance event that combines swimming, cycling, and running over long distances. Specifically, it involves a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and a 26.2-mile run, totaling 140.6 miles. It is widely considered one of the most difficult one-day sporting events in the world.
